What parts of the home do we get access to?

It depends on the booking option. You can rent: The main house only (up to 8 guests) The main house + bachelor suite (up to 10 guests) The bachelor suite only (up to 2 guests). Each option includes private bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces as detailed on the pricing page.

Is the hot tub and sauna included in the price?

No, but you can add the hot tub & cedar sauna for $200 per stay. This is available for the main house bookings only.

Can we park in the garage?

No, the garage is for ski and bicycle storage only. Please use the driveway or designated parking area for vehicles.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, high-speed internet is included. The plan is 150 Mbps download speed, great for streaming or remote work.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

- Check-in: After 12:00 PM

- Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Are pets allowed?

No, we do not allow pets to ensure the space remains allergy-friendly for all guests.

Is there a minimum night stay?

We typically require a 3-night minimum, but this may vary by season. Please check availability or ask directly for exceptions.

What are the house rules?

- Quiet hours after 11:30 PM

- No snowmobilers

- Please clean dishes and leave bedding on the beds

- Return the key to the lockbox after checkout

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, cleaning fees vary by booking option:

- $75 for the bachelor suite

- $295 for the main house (up to 8 guests)

- $395 for the full house (up to 10 guests)

Are there any discounts available?

- 15% discount on stays of 7 nights or greater

- Seasonal 10% discount available in April–June and October–December 25 (optional for you to offer)
